Habitat for Humanity of Collier County
Habitat for Humanity of Collier County is dedicated to eliminating substandard housing locally and worldwide through constructing, rehabilitating and preserving homes; by advocating for fair and just housing policies; and by providing training and access to resources to help families improve their shelter conditions.
Joe Belz has been a member of the “Partner Program” which for every home sold, a kitchen was provided for home built.
First Tee - Naples/Collier
First Tee is a youth development organization that enables kids to build the strength of character that empowers them through a lifetime of new challenges. By seamlessly integrating the game of golf with a life skills curriculum, they create active learning experiences that build inner strength, self-confidence, and resilience that kids can carry to everything they do.
Longtime golfer, Jozef Maston of the Apex Team hosts local events through the COMPASS Sports & Entertainment Division raising over 100K in funding contributed to building a state of the art facility and golf course in Naples for the First Tee program.
SNIP Collier
To end the suffering and neglect of dogs and cats in our community, due to the pet overpopulation crisis, through affordable spay and neuter, vaccines, and preventative care; and through public awareness, education, and outreach.
Joe Belz teamed up with architect Matt Kragh (MHK) and Mike Assaad of Waterside Builders to create a luxury dog house which was auctioned off “fetching” the bid price of over $60K benefiting this amazing organization.

Night To Shine Southwest FL
Night to Shine Southwest FL, Inc. exists to expand the experience and support of those with a special need or disability in Lee, Collier, and Hendry counties. Our vision is that each person with a special need or disability in southwest Florida will have the experiences, spiritual guidance, and support they need to allow them to live full and dignified lives. We do this under the umbrella of the Tim Tebow Foundation by offering Night to Shine Prom for those with special needs, Shine On - special needs classrooms offered during church services and Compassion Projects.
Apex Team member Sherri Eppich is the President and also Event Coordinator for the Tebow prom which has been hosted in Naples for 9 years. She also serves and oversee’s the Shine On classroom at Destiny Church which allows parents to attend services and know their child with special needs is cared for in a safe and loving classroom.
