As Director of Client Experience for Joe Belz + Apex Team at Compass, Cyndi Bautista is focused on one of the team’s most important priorities: creating an exceptional experience for every client at every stage of their real estate journey.

With more than six years of experience in residential real estate, Cyndi brings a unique combination of firsthand transaction experience, relationship-building skills, and an understanding of what buyers and sellers expect from their real estate team. Having personally represented clients on both sides of the transaction, she understands that exceptional service goes far beyond the purchase or sale of a home. It is about communication, attention to detail, anticipating needs, and making every interaction feel personal.

Throughout her real estate career, Cyndi has been recognized as a “4 Under 40” honoree and Breakthrough Broker of the Year and is a graduate of the Leadership Academy. Her experience has reinforced a philosophy that closely aligns with the Apex Team: strong relationships are built by delivering value before, during, and long after a transaction.

In her role as Director of Client Experience, Cyndi works across the team to help coordinate client communication, special events, lifestyle resources, local connections, and the many details that transform a real estate transaction into a memorable experience. She also plays an important role in maintaining relationships with past clients and ensuring they continue to view the Apex Team as a trusted resource for real estate and life in Southwest Florida.
