Shannon was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, just outside of Los Angeles. After studying business and working in the medical billing field she formed and ran her own medical billing company servicing some of Los Angeles’s top UCLA surgeons as her clientele.

In 2002 real estate was booming in Miami and her husband and her identified the opportunity and pursued it. She became licensed in real estate in 2002 and entered her real estate profession at Majestic Properties selling “The Collection”. Over her career Shannon would become a multi-million dollar top producing pre construction specialist selling eleven of Miami Beach’s elite luxury high rises and direct beachfront condos. She worked closely with premier developers and brokerage firms that brought the “modern loft” concept to the Miami area. She became one of the most recognized and sought-after pre-construction professionals in the area.

During the real estate crash Shannon and her husband saw opportunity again and bought many undervalued investment properties on the west coast of Florida. After rehabbing and designing the interiors of the properties in Sanibel, Fort Myers and Naples they fell in love with Naples. In 2013 the decision was made to move to Naples, continue with real estate sales, start a property management company with their real estate holdings and raise their children in the peaceful Naples setting.

Real estate sales and renovations are Shannon's passion. Specializing in new developments and seeing a project through the entire cycle from pre construction sales to the completion of construction she finds very rewarding. Working alongside buyers and finding them the perfect home or assisting sellers with a smooth home sale transaction is what she takes pride in. Making these connections in this profession, getting to really know her clients, giving 100% and being a positive, steady and dependable part of their real estate journey is what she loves most in the real estate field.

Family is the greatest importance of all to her....nightly dinner table conversations, boating together or traveling with her daughters and husband are her favorite moments in life. In her spare time Shannon enjoys Pilates, walks, real estate research and interior home designing!
