With a multi-generational heritage in residential and commercial development and construction experience, company owner and president Mike Assaad brings valuable skills in the areas of community leadership, finance and investment, and general contracting experience to Waterside Builders. Born and raised in Naples, Florida, Mike attended Purdue University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Finance. Mike spent his early career learning from his father about development. He is a licensed general contractor and licensed real estate broker.
Mike started Waterside Builders in 1999, with a focus on bringing together the best talents in custom homebuilding craftmanship, award-winning architects and designers and customers who appreciate the very best in residential luxury. Today, Waterside Builders includes a team of professionals working together on every project with customer experience always at the forefront. Our boutique-sized company allows our clients the opportunity to get to know each one of us. From accounting to site supervision, our team is fully focused and working together to achieve best results.
